~Painting The Town Red~

I have not posted all weekend as I was having difficulty getting my "blogging mojo" back after such trauma last week!  Here's my effort~

Saturday night we decided to go out and hit the town!  The concierge, (pictured right) suggested a few places in the Covent Garden area so we strolled and sang Christmas carols while taking in the view!  I do believe Toby had a big date too!





We started at a champagne/martini bar called Bottoms Up~  The mixologist made some of the most unique and delicious mojitos!  Kevin had classics and I had blueberry!



We left and continued on our walk to the restaurant.  Yes, we were singing.  Of course I took pictures which I know you're going to love.

It sounds like Asia to Cuba would be a very long way to travel for dinner but it wasn't! OBVIOUSLY it was just the name of the establishment.  Asian~ Cuban ~fusion Restaurant. SO GOOD!  We had lots of fun at this bustling, upbeat hot spot.  We shared and sampled a few different dishes.  A delicious tofu peanut dish, spicy cabbage salad, shrimp cerviche, to name a few.  Upon leaving we thought it would be a grand idea to do a Christmas photo shoot in the lobby.  Let me just warn you...it's a little obnoxious.  Actually, a lot.
